**As an update, I received service on 9/19, and as of 9/30, these issues are still unresolved. I have yet to speak to any management. The company relayed that they would refund 20% of the cost of this IF and only if I deleted my review. ——— I will let the “after” photos here speak for themselves. I paid for a deep clean. The company and the two person team knew I was hosting an event in my home the next day. They stayed for 3 hours max, again for a deep clean (and I think 3 hours is a generous estimate). I called to complain and submitted photos, and the solution was to send one person out to finish the job. The end result was that I spent the evening deep cleaning at least 3 of the 7 rooms I needed cleaned myself, and paid over $300 for entire rooms to be untouched.

Outstanding service and follow up from the staff! I am so extremely happy to have found them! Their cleaning staff do an extremely professional job and thoroughly clean my house! I would highly recommend this company as their service is above and beyond expectations!! I have used them for about a year and will continue using them! My house sparkles when they leave!!!

My favorite day of the week is when Bria comes to my house and spends the morning making it fresh and clean. Her kindness, orderly, and hard working attitude are a wonderful experience. She is always pleasant and we enjoy chatting throughout her visit. All while she still does her cleaning. Thank you Bria and Plan B-best decision I've made in a long time!!!!
