Had an issue with the fuel injector on my kia ceed, phoned a couple of garages who wouldn't even touch the problem. These guys got the car in asap and fixed it within a morning. Great service both on the phone and in person and very reasonably priced - clearly professionals who know what they're doing. Would definitely use them again!

Two years running I have booked my car in for an MoT. First time I booked on line, turned up and it wasn't on the 'local' system only at Head Office. I had to re-book. The second time, this year, I booked by phone. On attending there were only two mechanics on site, 09:00 and the Manager hadn't turned in. One mechanic was desperately trying to contact someone for help. I was once again told I would have to re-book. Booked into another local garage who were extremely helpful. I won't be returning to IN'n'OUT
