Dr. Beth at Pediatric Dentistry of Reading is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly kind and an exceptional listener, making my little girl feel completely at ease during her visit. Dr. Beth’s gentle approach and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into a happy one for my daughter. The entire dental staff is equally amazing—professional, friendly, and so attentive. The office itself is spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I can’t recommend Dr. Beth and her team highly enough for their outstanding care and dedication to making kids’ dental visits a positive experience!

My son was referred to these crooks by my family dentist since he had cracked his two front baby teeth. They submitted the treatment estimate through medical which is united health care and not delta dental saying that united health care is my primary dental coverage, then you pay the entire bill up front which isn’t even that big of a deal. They make you pay costs upfront based off the submission to united health care when they should be making you pay based off of what dental dental will approve (since it is in network) because of the contracted procedure fees - that is the first shady tactic they pull (with many more to come). So then you pay the entire $3300 dollar bill for two teeth to get extracted (they call it surgery, it’s tooth extraction) and you get refunded for what insurance pays towards procedures. Then when you get the final explanation of benefits and delta dental says they paid 1,072.10 and you only get a $181.50 check back. Where did the almost $900 dollars go? You call them and they start rambling about this and that…like ‘procedures that had to be changed’ and ‘oh, we had to do this procedure too’ (another tactic to confuse people) and then they start talking fast…throwing a lot jargon in there. It was not me who spoke with them but I understand the principle of what they were saying by paying everything upfront and getting refunded but then they should refund me what I should be getting back. They also bill united health care for procedures and they paid, and then turned around and billed and got paid for said same procedures for same teeth from delta dental. Sounds like fraud to me. I strongly urge people to look for a different dentist especially when doing something other than cleaning. Because once they get in there they’re awfully generous with patients money. Look elsewhere I know I will be for my boy as they don’t respect their patients or their money. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

Dr Beth and her staff were amazing! My child was really nervous and Dr Beth put her at ease and filled her cavities so fast. I have nothing but good things to say about Pediatric Dentistry of Reading.
