Throughout the process, the team provided regular detailed updates and delivered on time, resulting in a smooth move-in! What I appreciated most was their commitment to excellence, demonstrated by their follow-ups after my move-in to complete all final touches. It’s also worth mentioning that they were really great with my crazy dog! The work the team did really helped make this place feel like home! We recently had our first bathroom renovation with Mark Davies and we absolutely loved it. We are so pleased with the outcome. From the communications, to the coordination of the project, to the install, to the final finishes we were extremely pleased with the entire process. The project manager, Lucas was exceptional in organizing and scheduling all the trades. He followed through with everything he said he would. We enjoyed being around the entire team. We can’t recommend Mark and his crew highly enough. We worked with them along with our kitchen designer to completely renovate our kitchen and our main floor powder room, and are thrilled with the end result. Mark was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and realistic with us about timelines. We had no unexpected costs or project delays and did not have any trouble ever reaching Mark. His crew had great recommendations when it came to choosing finishes and managed every step of the project in a thoroughly professional manner.
