We own an historic home and had a high velocity A/C system installed 14 years ago. We keep the annual service contract and have the annual spring tuneup done. Never had any problems with our system. Just had the tune up last week and Tony did a fantastic job, as usual. He did inform us that the system, while running fine, is old and probably will need replacing soon. I know we will be staying with Sila-great customer service.

Excellent and responsive service. Came out the next day and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were straightforward and the price was reasonable. Both Lucas and Giovanni were fantastic. We will definitely be using them next time!

Mr. Carlos Reed did an exceptional job repairing my systems. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in his job. Mr. Reed provided excellent customer service and walked me through the issues and visually showed me where things were, identified the type of heating and cooling system I have, and gave great suggestions on how to maintain our units. Thank you for providing us with wonderful service.
