So..they've offered a refund. But they want me to never talk about them negatively. Which is fine..I've said everything about them, to them. They cracked a tooth, gave me a lisp, I now bite the inside of my jaw..and my tongue and draw blood. They want me to sign some ridiculous disclaimer form..All of this to get a refund. If it was a settlement it would be different. I'm now terrified of ever having any dental procedures done. Trust is gone.

Great experience, I highly recommend Dr. Buelow! I had braces when I was a kid, and like most kids...failed to wear my retainer. As an adult, I went through Invisalign and couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone is so friendly and they all make you feel like you are part of their family!
