He was very thorough and articulate. Making sure to point anything out that I didn’t catch or advising on what could end up being a difficult situation if not worded correctly. Andrew was extremely thorough, detailed and honest during the purchase of my cottage. He was diligent in ensuring everything was secured properly for me and although it meant a longer closing in the end it was completed properly and I’m so thankful he found and fixed the issues prior to the purchase.
