This is lara Mitchell. My truck, and only vehicle and my lifeline broke down. I barely made it to mikes. I have used mikes before in the past with my Taurus and never have I had a problem. So I took my dodge truck there and they did awesome! You can make an appointment or walk in and they will give you a ride home and they are very nice people and the work is done efficiently, in a timely manner and will keep you updated on progress. Affordable and so far I’ve never had a problem with this shop. My mom has used them also and she has never had a problem either! I highly recommend this shop for affordable trustworthy auto repairs. This crew went above and beyond what customer service means when we broke down on our way home to Nashville. Today, the car is running great, and I've got nothing but respect and good feelings for Mike's, and the good people that are making it happen over there! .

Staff a lot more friendlier and helpful than the first time. Technicia very knowledgeable and didn't push recommendations, but let me know I was overdue for an oil change. They realize that due mileage needed to be written in black ink. Showed accountable and helpful with bill. Very considerate.
