Even though she was confident in her knowledge, she chose not to confirm a request that hadn’t been officially done before without verifying it with a senior consultant. This level of responsibility is rare—she prioritized accuracy and integrity over convenience, ensuring I didn’t make a move based on uncertainty. In a time where some people improvise or take risks on behalf of clients, it’s refreshing to meet someone like Miss Fatma who truly understands the weight of legal advice. Highly appreciate her dedication and the overall efficiency of the center.

I hope this message reaches senior management so that appropriate action can be taken, as I can see the majority of reviews are negative , means there is a real problem in this branch .My experience at the Al Adheed Al Barsha branch was extremely frustrating. From the reception desk to the person assigned to assist me, the service was disjointed and inefficient. The process dragged on with no clear information. I was repeatedly asked to visit the center and I was wasting time and spend money on taxis plus paying their fees services only to be left without progress , no response . Despite following up daily, customer service consistently said they hadn’t received any response or update on my request submitted . I even reached out to the staff member who submitted my request , but she ignored all my messages. This lack of respect for customers’ time and money is unacceptable. It's both unprofessional and unfair. You really need to improve your services. If my issue isn’t resolved, I will escalate it—naming the staff involved. I am thoroughly dissatisfied: these employees showed careless and superficial behavior and do not deserve to work for a government organization.

Poor service. Have been using this centre for 3 months, come early and few staff working. Long waits. When you do get seen the staff are not fully aware of the processes or requests. Many times I have had to follow up as mistake have been made. When you are being helped and discussing your case often other staff will come and have conversation with the person help you as a distraction. Very unprofessional. In 3 months only met 3 staff members who are professional in manner and willing to help.
