Dawson Dental - North Bay

I had my 2 front teeth permanently crowned today. They put in temporary crowns, which I must admit, I didn’t like…but they said as much. I had very minimal pain and discomfort during the process. After 10 days they called to put in the permanent crowns, there was no freezing required and about 20 minutes later I was walking out with the biggest smile I have had in years. The cost was very reasonable, and the service and atmosphere fantastic. Thank you Dawson Dental, for bringing my smile back…I will attach a picture of the work done…perfect…so happy. Christine V.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years and always have a positive experience. My hygienist Michelle is very thorough and fun to talk to we are probably the only people who laugh in a dental office. I highly recommend this clinic.

The dentist at this clinic is excellent, very kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly. I felt well cared for during the actual dental check up. Unfortunately had a difficulty with the front desk. There was some confusion with my insurance, and instead of helping to clarify things, the staff responded with a tone that could best be described as passive-aggressive. Whispering things to each other right in front of me, sighing loudly, and even rubbing their temples as if I were personally giving them a headache. Not exactly the professionalism you'd hope for when dealing with healthcare and as a first time client. To top it off, they even forgot to book me for the treatments and follow-up appointments I was supposed to have. The quality of dental care is great, but the administrative side needs serious improvement. A more professional and courteous front desk would make a big difference in the overall patient experience.
