Good place to stay for vacation or in between housing with the weekly rates. Hotel members at this location are very kind and friendly. Housekeeping does excellent on services and are always willing to help. Shoutout to Betty, Antonio, Hardy, and all the other managers there. You guys have always been good to me and always make a strong effort to resolve any issues I have. I appreciate you guys and continue to make customers happy and wanting to stay there. You guys are the best. Thank You!

If I could give no stars, I would this place is dirty is hair everywhere. The curtains barely staying up at the window once again it’s dirty everywhere. The sheets have stains on them. I pull the sheets back to check for bedbugs. It has blood on the bed stains on the walls Crickets in the bathroom. Everything is dirty and not to mention. There is no phone in the room. this is Crazy. The chairs are ripped up different color patch paint stains on the wall. Nothing is clean here they should be shut down and the people at the front desk with her name is thiti should be fired for give out this room my dog does not even want to stay here

This place is an absolute piece of trash, walked into our room, plugs, and light sockets hanging out the wall. holes in the walls holes in the back of the doors no TV for the remote and told I can’t even get my money back on our room because it was booked through a third-party vendor I recommend no one ever stay in this place. It should be condemned.

Room 220. Bed bugs galore. We are going through hell trying to get rid of them. Informed manager Antonio, corporate office, city of Joliet. City will inspect and get back. This is nuts. Management knew about the problems with bedbugs. See other reviews. Tons of pictures including bedbugs. Nothing done and they are still renting rooms close by the room we had. Have an attorney and will sue with everything I have. This is crazy they are allowed to remain open. We will blast all over if not resolved this week.
