The room was more like 4.5. It was clean, but not immaculate, and small. But I felt it was a good value for the price, and the front desk staff is very friendly. Fridge, microwave, air conditioner, and plumbing were all good. Didn't use the coffee maker or TV.

This was a friendly, clean, and inexpensive motel in the very charming town of Osceola Iowa. I was looking for an inexpensive and clean place to spend the night on a road trip but it ended up being a nice little destination on its own. It's walking distance to the town square where I got tasty food from the Iron Horse Grill, and delicious coffee from Mayberry's. The woman who checked me in was super friendly.

Excellent clean comfy beds great shower, pet friendly, Nilla who checked us in was so accommodating, made us feel like family, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker sweetener and creamer, plenty of fresh towels and extra blanket. Room felt fresh and homey, cute decor as well. Free wifi. TV with lots of channels. AC was perfect, and the place is convenient and easy to find. Felt safe as well. Great motel!! Highly recommend 😊

Great, very friendly and accommodating gal at the desk. I had unfortunately booked with expedia (they don't rate having the name capitalized) who changed my reservation to 2 nights later. (No, I was very careful checking my desired dates!) She navigated contacting the other motel that I booked after seeing in expedia's date change as well as contacting them trying to get it canceled. My room was comfortable and quiet. Who could ask for more!
