Jacob SutherlandI regularly stay at this hotel for when I am in town for my business meetings close by. The hotel is clean, service is good, rooms are great but they can just never get the jacuzzi rooms right, one is always broken with half the jets not working, or the jacuzzi just randomly keeps turning itself on throughout the night. I would just strongly recommend not getting the jacuzzi rooms as you are wasting your money, I never been reimbursed or accommodated for the 4-5 times I been at the hotel and mentioned issues with the Jacuzzis and just stopped booking those rooms now.

Nikki WilliamsI have mixed feelings about our recent stay here. The staff was very nice, and housekeeping always left the room clean, which we really appreciated. The location is convenient with Walmart across the street and restaurants and shops nearby. That said, there were several disappointments. The day before our stay, we were told there was no hot water and offered a 20% discount if we kept the reservation. After a lot of stress and anxiety deciding whether to cancel, we chose to keep it—only to find that when hot water was restored, the discount was removed. I emailed the manager before checkout asking if they could at least honor part of it as a goodwill gesture, but his reply was to award me 5,000 IHG One Rewards points, which honestly felt minimal compared to the situation. I truly feel we should have received some discount for the stress and uncertainty. The room itself was very dark—hard to do makeup without bringing your own light. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom had no storage besides the counter, so we had to put things on the floor while showering. The pool and hot tub were so small that they weren’t worth using if another family was there. Breakfast was around 6/10 with limited options, which was disappointing since we usually enjoy Holiday Inn breakfasts. Overall, the staff and cleanliness were the highlights, but the hard bed, poor lighting, weak breakfast, and the way the discount was handled left us unsatisfied.
