This is a great hotel for travelers. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. I recommend the family restaurant a little further down the road. There is no elevator

There was no hot water. They didn’t fix it after being told. Blood on the wall. Stained towels. The window in my room was cracked. There was trash strewn outside the hotel (old grill and empty cooler among other things). The halls smelled of pot. I checked out a day early and the desk clerk didn’t do it. Kept my reservation the same and I have to go through corporate to fix it because the hotel won’t answer the phone.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! BED BUGS!! Do yourself a favor and don't risk it! I had booked a king bed there for two nights. After driving four hours and arriving at the hotel, they told me that they didn't have a king bed. They were going to be so kind and "upgrade" me to a double bed. " Don't worry about it. You will have the whole room to yourself." OMG, I thought that was the concept of a hotel room! When I told them I was heading out to a different hotel, they came up with one more "upgrade". The king jacuzzi room. I was super tired and headed to bed. After being in the bed for awhile, my back became super irritated. I initially thought the sheets just didn't agree with me. I didn't know my back was being bitten by BED BUGS!! I feel asleep for awhile and woke up with bites up and down my arm!! I pulled back the sheets to find BED BUGS crawling in the bed!! OMG, I packed up in the middle of the night. I went to tell the front desk what had happened. I declined another bug infested room and requested a refund. He told me he would and it would be put back on my card. A few days went by and there still was no refund posted. My credit card company called them and they said there wouldn't be a return due to their cancelation policy???? You can't make this stuff up! You've been warned. Good luck!!

I have stayed here many times while visiting my dad . This last stay I was there 8 nights while he was in hospice and the man who runs the front desk who’s been there a while was the most amazing helpful person I could of asked for . He went above and beyond to help me when he didn’t need too . Always helpful and friendly. If you find yourself heee stay !!!! Clean rooms comfortable beds . Not much to walk to for food . Need a car or door dash !
