the employees that i’ve seen were very friendly and accommodating, which i was more than grateful for. the hotel also has many accommodations, but who cares about that when—at the end of the day—you end up sleeping with bedbugs. paying $200 just to sleep with an infested disgusting room with bugs that makes themselves known within the first 2 hours is NOT worth it. first and gladly the last time with comfort inn, you would’ve thought that they could’ve done better with their ‘luxury’

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant & welcoming. Our room was very clean & had all the amenities we required. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of parking spaces.

The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel itself had many things such as a fitness room that was a decent size and the lotion, shampoo/ conditioner smelled great. It was quiet and very well placed close to amenities all within walking distance.

The suite we stayed in was very clean, and very spacious. All the amenities were there. The only issue was the shower head in the bathroom. I would suggest that the cleaning staff should test the shower head to ensure they are working full pressure, while ours was clogged (could've used some CLR to unclog the jets). There was no pressure and felt like water was not turned on all the way. When going for the complimentary breakfast, we were only allowed to use '1' (one) plate and "had to ask for milk" if we wanted to have cereal which should be present for customers to grab if in a hurry. I can understand doing crowd control, but that's going a bit far to limit and having to ask for things.
