This is my “hotel away from home.” Been coming here for years to visit family. Some things never change…in a good way! This hotel is clean and welcoming. Solid breakfast and great coffee. Warm lobby and friendly staff that go above and beyond to serve. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool facility is well maintained and a fun place to spend some hours during stay. Located near a Walmart, Hyvee, and local restaurants like the 502 and Top Flight - recommend them both. Enjoy your stay. I’m a bit jealous.

For being a 2-star hotel, the AmericInn in Iowa Falls is pretty nice. The room and common areas were clean. The bed and hot tub were comfortable. The staff were very peasant. Angie checked us in, and she was very helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and the attendant was cheery. The motel is right off highway 65, so it's very convenient if you're passing through.

The bed was not the most comfortable, otherwise very clean, smelled good and had a nice pool/hot tub. Breakfast was typical but good. For a "cheap" stay it was everything you could expect.

Great location, really cute town with fun places to eat and shop. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the stay. Staff is nice and very helpful. Price is great. Loved it!
