Audrey KneissDayton Freight Westchester OH. They were hired to pick-up a bulldozer motor. They never made phone contact before arriving. On 8-15 I get a call the driver was here earlier and there was a gate. The gate was wide open and we were home. All vehicles in the driveway. Sounds strange to me. The representative said we won't pick it up, very rudely. On 8-16 We received a call around 4 it was a driver ready to pick up. He arrived at our home in a semi truck. Get to boot he didn't even have a lift gate. My poor husband had to use his Tractor to try to get the motor in. He could have got hurt. No success. We never received a call from them after that. I called today and the representative said rudely yeah we won't be picking that up. Lol. What a way to run a company. Good rid We will never recommend them to our customers.
Anna SmithWorst freight delivery service we have had any experience with. Our LARGE package was supposed to be delivered LAST FRIDAY before noon. We paid for the lift service, and they decided to try and deliver it without that service the day of. They did NOT call us to tell us before they tried to deliver it that day to tell us that the lift was broken. We needed that package last Friday, and we had to reschedule for today. We were told the package would be here BEFORE 11:30am. My husband had to CALL THEM at noon, and they said they wouldn't be here until 1:30pm. Our package did not get delivered until almost 3:00pm. We were not called to be notified that they would be late at all. We had to call them every time. The customer service is terrible. If I could give a zero star I would. Worst service. Not only were we inconvenienced once, but twice. We now need to reschedule a final installation appointment and inspection because of these inconveniences.
