I'm extremely disappointed in my dealings with Dayton Freight. After one of their drivers purposefully swerved at our vehicle containing myself, my husband, and an 11yr old CHILD because my husband flashed his brights to show the driver we didn't have brights on (he tried blinding us with his for a perceived "offense") I called and spoke to Chelsea who was more put out with me being upset than at her driver's actions and was quite snide on the phone. We were supposed to receive a call back from a daytime manager. Nothing. Apparently they don't care. I know it's just a drop in the bucket, but my business will never utilize their services again. Not that we were inclined to as the single time we attempted using them, we sent the driver away and cancelled the service due to the driver's rude behavior.
