DDP Medical Supply

Went to the medical supply store and was greeted by two ladies who are very helpful in displaying the products showing the features and benefits I had my mother with me she was able to try her walker out and there was no rush no sales pitch they just simply kept helping us until we work through all the questions that we had they even installed name tags on the Walker one that was visible and one that was underneath just in case it was to be taken by somebody else at the facility where my mother stays I would highly recommend choosing the medical supply store for your needs. On a side note the Walker that we got happen to be $100 less than what we found just across town was equal with the online prices.

My husband purchased a walker on 5/12/23, 1 day before his surgery. Well surgery didn't go as planned & it went much worse. I checked my receipt which said nothing about all sales are final and went to return it on 6/2/23. When I explained my reason for coming the salesperson pointed to a small sign on the wall and said no returns. I then tried to say what about credit towards a wheelchair but I couldn't get words out as she just kept repeating "I'm sorry". Then she asked "What month did you buy it?" "oh no it's a new month, I really can't help you" wait what?! It's less than 30 days! NEVER chosing this small business again! It's less expensive on line with free returns for unused items within 30 days!

Just wanted to give Wholesale Medical Products ("WMP") a review that richly deserve. Last Spring I had several surgeries and hospitalizations that required my priceless friends to go around and get me what I would need to get around at home, once I landed there. An administrator from the hospital had given me a business card from WMP. My girlfriend was kind enough to go over and see if they had what I needed: a large shower chair and a walker. "Kirk," the owner of the store was so helpful in showing my girlfriend around his store. After finding what we wanted, "Kirk" was able to bring the items back to life by giving them a good 'once-over' by 'polishing' them up a bit so that they looked brand-new and they did, too. The items were very reasonable priced as well. I would recommend "Kirk's" store Wholesale Medical Products to anyone in need of items to help them get around their home once returning from a hospital stay, etc. Recycling medical products such as the items that I bought at WMP is not only good for the Earth but saves one on the expense of a brand-new product because they are very expensive when one purchases brand-new. "Kirk" is just a sweetheart, too and very professional. I will recommend "Kirk" and his shop, WMD to anyone in need of medical products for themselves or a loved one from this point forward.
