Tony De Alicante is the best attorney that I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He takes the time to help clients make informed decisions about having a Will versus a Trust, and is able to objectively explain the pro’s and con’s of each in an understandable way. Let me preface this by saying that we were introduced to Tony during a very difficult time in our family. My mom's health was waning quickly, and we needed help getting her estate in order. Tony's understanding of estate planning is excellent. He has a phenomenal understanding of tax laws, and communicates things effectively, and clearly. He quickly intuited our family's needs, and was extremely supportive in doing so. Many attorneys (my own father included) can be - at times - a bit callous, and cold, but at no point did I garner that from him. Tony De Alicante has represented me for the last 7 years. I initially retained him to develop an individual trust. After I married in 2013 my wife and I asked him to convert that to a joint trust, and most recently to supplement the joint trust with an individual trust for our rental property.
