Bought my daughter a blazer from them, I was not there to inspect on the day of purchase, they sent my daughter home with it after my wife sat in the dealership for hours filling out paperwork. I returned home from work and of course wanted to see my daughter’s new car that I had just bought her. The car itself is great, but 3 out of the 4 tires were almost bald with very little tread left(well past all wear bars), the car was filthy inside and out! There were whole crackers still under the back seat, hair everywhere, the adhesive from the window sticker still on the windows( they literally just peeled them off without trying to clean the windows)! My daughter was just so excited that she got her first car that she didn’t know any better. I called the next morning they said bring it back up and we will give her the “pro package”, I made an appointment to take it to them, when she showed up they had no idea of what she was even there for. Contacted the sales manager(Bryce) he promised they would make it right, tried with another appointment they did wash the exterior for her, did not touch the interior once again and didn’t do anything about the tires. I reached out to Bryce once again he apologized and asked for pictures because someone needs to be written up over this. Promised to make it right and send it through their detail shop. Then when I tried to get it in he said that he needed to wait for his GM(Joe Snelling) to return from vacation which would be another week. I waited the week and reached out again, he said yes we are just trying to get the value(dollar amount) for this service. Waited another week and reached out again and Bryce now says that I can bring the car to them and they will clean the spots that were dirty and that the tires were considered to be in their safe range. Also when I asked about what specs it needs to have to be a “certified used car” he said really that is just a 3000 mile powertrain warranty, there aren’t any specs. It is now over a month from purchase date, and I still haven’t received any financial docs either. So disappointed as we had a great experience with the Joe Cooper Ford store in Yukon!

Salesman was very helpful and friendly. He helped me look at better options than the one I decided at first which was a super helpful thing. Got there and left with the truck the same day. Will definitely go back if I ever want to purchase another truck.
