Thanks to Jason and Pro-Drain team for the great communication, professionalism and pontuality. I had a strange smell in my bathroom, called and got an answer right away, booked a service call the next day, Jason called before coming, was on time, found the problem, ordered the parts, told me would take 20+ days because special order and it would fall on the construction vacation and he would get back once they had the parts. 20 days exactly later, I called just in case to see the status, was happy I can always talk to someone, they forwarded my message to Jason, and behold, he called back the same morning. Booked a service call the next day as the parts were in also. Same thing, he called before coming, was on time, the job was done quickly. The feeling that you get when you can count on them is great. And Jason is a recommendation for sure.
