I’m really starting to hate this place. My moms office is here and she is so upset everyday. She spends so much money per month to have an office here and have to deal with bad customer service. The community manager acts as if it is bothering her to explain things to us. The customer service was amazing when Portia was here and the other lady. Tanga has quite literally LOCKED UP most of our dishes here, so we barely have access to dishes. I have heard her in the halls complaining about TENATS! using disrespectful terms. So many of the tenants here want to leave, it’s all people have been talking about. I can’t believe they pay money to be treated like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My mom is leaving as soon as her lease ends.

Tanga davis is the worst community manager we have had here. We miss Portia!!! She is very rude and dismissive. I have been a client here for a year plus and the customer service has been great. She completely ignored me this morning when I spoke with her and forced the other person to speak with me. She’s just very rude and Regus should be ashamed. This center is falling apart.

What a disappointment?! Coming from a Virginia office to this location is night and day difference in customer support. Great office building, great view, hope you never have an issue or a complaint because you will never heard from them. Not a rant, just the truth. Three site managers in three months. What does that tell you?
