Simplesmente fantástico! O hambúrguer é delicioso (indico o de linguiça Blumenau) a cerveja servida no balde com gelo, tem colorado e o atendimento é ótimo.
Esperando um jantar excelente, prometido pelo cardápio e saindo frustados e decepcionados. Infelizmente nossa noite de sexta feira terminou com um jantar, cujo atendente precisou perguntar 4 vezes e, ainda anotar ERRADO o pedido, trazer separados os dois hamburgueres pedidos, ENSOPADOS em óleo e sem tempero na carne (detalhe, um dos hamburgueres veio com o pão errado)... Não bastava a decepção com o Hamburguer Break English e Hamburguer Break Brie (que a propósito estavam bem caros para o que nos foi apresentado — 39 REAIS!); levamos 13 minutos para pagar a conta pois o atendente não sabia mexer na máquina e muito menos dividir R$100,10 pela metade — pagamos pelo serviço apesar de tudo pois facilitava a divisão............. No fim das contas, o gerente fez a cobrança do jantar e saímos, não apenas irritados com o serviço mas decepcionados com o hamburguer. Não recomendo. Infelizmente.
Tem um segundo andar que fazem cara feia quando você pede para ocupar. Isso que tava vazio, só tinha uma mesa ocupada e um monte de garçons. O hamburger tem uma apresentação bonita, porém, faltou tempero na carne. O mais interessante parece mesmo ser o segundo andar, será que algum cliente já conseguiu ir até lá?
Muito bom. Burger muito bem feito. Até hoje já vi o esquema de atendimento e cardápio mudar algumas vezes. Acredito que ainda estão tentando achar o mercado certo para eles.
O mesmo pedido foi entregue errado 2 vezes e cancelamos. Queijo brie frito frio dentro. A única carne do cardápio (entrecot) estava em falta.
Atendimento horrível, demorou pra tudo. Meu hambúrguer estava bom, porem dos meus acompanhantes a carne estava queimada. Parece que o chef de cozinha não estava presente. Péssima experiência.
