I arrived at the pickup 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. The RC listed 4 PO numbers, all of which I provided to the RCO team. I also sent photos of the BOL, the cargo in the trailer, the seal, and the temperature. At the delivery point, one pallet was refused. I had to unload that pallet 'for free' since the broker didn’t care or value others' work. Today, I found out that $235 was deducted from the RC, with the reason being that I didn’t load all the freight. I’d like to point out that the RC only listed 4 PO numbers, which I delivered as requested. Avoid working with people who undervalue others' efforts. This load was already the lowest-paying one in September, and now I’m being charged an extra $235 because they don’t want to take responsibility.
Be ware!!! This Company is a Fraud.!!! Dont use this broker!! We moved a load for this company, Advised them that if the load didn't deliver the next day, I won't be able to deliver. Broker assured me that it was set for the following day. Pick the up the load on Monday. The paperwork stated the delivery date was for Wednesday. I again called the broker to let him know that The paper work stated Wednesday delivery. He advised me that the appointment was for 12 pm the next day. Make it to the delivery location Indianapolis The next day, the customer refused to unload me due to the appointment being set for Wednesday. I called the broker, and now they tell me it was a mistake on the customer side. Once again, I told them that they had advised the broker that I wasn't able to deliver the day the receiver was saying the load was set to deliver. I told the broker that I had to go, and they were trying to offer a layover($150) again. I stated I couldn't stay out as I had a child at home. then told them they would have to pay me to take it back and pay to redeliver. Long story short made it back to the shipper to get it offloaded, and they told me the shipper would not allow me to offload. I called the shipper/customer directly, and they confirmed the actual delivery date was in Fact Wednesday and that it was the brokers error and even agreed to pay to redeliver. the Broker agreed to my rate, Once the load was delivered and paperwork submitted they refused to pay stating I was holding the load hostage(even though I clearly indicated that I wasn't to the Customer as well as to the broker prior to redelivering. then they said I blocked the entrance so trucks couldn't get through. I was like, how if I was in Chicago and the delivery location was in indianapolis( make that make sense). To date, they still refuse to pay me....... I have all the email correspondances with the brokers and customers.....
Booked a load with Dustin from VA-MD picking up tonight at 9pm , guy sent me the packet and said he will send the RC when i finish it, been hours now tried calling their company they don't have carrier support no one can find the guy , wasted my time for no reason instead of telling me to find a different load
I booked a load on 08/16, and everything was perfectly set for us to be set to take the load. Later on that day the gentle man that I shall not name asked if we were able to add another pick that was 65 miles out from the original pick up location, but they wanted us to go there first. We talked over text and email and agreed we did not mind that we will be able to pick up but needed time due to the fact we will be deadheading further, (120 miles). Everything was set and the broker was well informed that the driver would make it for pick up that was latest at 3:00 pm. I simply went to go grab food because I was set for lunch and my driver was set to for transit. By the time I went and came back I had my driver tell me he couldn't find the shipper's warehouse. I rushed to check the rate con and the address was properly sent to my drivers phone. I decided to get a hold of the broker and as soon as I saw my email I noticed my cellphone was not on me. The broker did not call my office line, nor did he inform me that 5 minutes after the first missed call he decided to take me off the load. In reality I get it I left my phone, but without a email or without getting in-touch with anyone from my company, he recovered the load without letting anyone know, and refuses to pay TONU, or even the miles I had my driver deadhead for his difficult load. I hate leaving reviews, but seeing three other people fall into the same situation its just not fair that three reviews don't allow you to see it. The broker himself really cool guy don't get me wrong, but the brokerage itself needs to stop having the idea that they are high and mighty, when they're all bark and no bite. To top it off my driver was outside the address they sent on the rate conformation, by the time I got around to call the number to the guys that are supposed to be loading, they already booked it with another truck. The gentleman that picked up the phone was using the restroom and never called me back. So yeah, work is work, but clearly there's 3 employees stating they're the owner of the company, from this forward this FL office that technically speaking is a storage unit for RVs and Boats, needs to understand things technically work. You guys added another pick up, and your guys at the Paris IL shipper drove down towards Greenwood, we were set to go, you just should've sent the correct address.
