This roofing company demonstrated strong knowledge of their products and services. During the initial consultation, they arrived prepared with samples of roofing and underlay materials, allowing me to see the exact colors I had selected — something I really appreciated. The team was also very flexible in scheduling visits, accommodating my busy schedule. At times, communication could have been clearer regarding timelines for completing the roofing and the next steps once the work was finished. I did have to follow up with the team to clarify these details; however, they always responded promptly and addressed my inquiries in a timely manner. Overall, the company has been responsive to concerns and quick to send someone out to inspect and resolve any issues.

From the moment I first contacted Dedicated Roofing, I knew I had made a good decision. Troy was great to work with; very friendly and knowledgeable. He responded so promptly to any queries I had and explained everything in detail. He stayed in contact with me during the long wait from my insurance company and got things rolling the instant I received approval, explaining to me the process from that point forward. The inspector who assessed the roof was excellent, even showing me what he could from the ground, which I really appreciated. The report they provided me to present to my insurance company was very detailed and complete. My roof has just been completed today and the crew were great; friendly, conscientious and very competent, making sure to clean up at the end of each day. I decided to upgrade on a couple of things and Troy made that an easy process. I am very pleased with the experience I had with Dedicated Roofing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hire them again!

Dedicated Roofing did a complete removal and re-installation of the roof in my home in Aspen Woods (2,700 sq. ft two storey) on April 27, 2023. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Some highlights: Regis Bergeron (the owner) did the initial inspection himself and provided a report with photos the next day. Upon my request, he provided me with a couple of options at two different price points depending on what brand and grade of shingles I wanted. Once the quote was signed off the work commenced four business days later (once materials I selected had arrived) and the job was compete three days later. The crew were all very polite, professional and neat, and the site was cleaned up very well each day with a very thorough cleaning at the end of the job. The quoted price was exactly what I paid and I was very impressed by the attention to detail, workmanship and quality of materials. As another reviewer said, if I could give Dedicated Roofing a 6 star review I would. They were outstanding to deal with, and I recommend them highly.
