Never pay them in advance. One of the worst interior design firms I have ever experienced. They will push you towards buying from certain showrooms blindly because of their high commissions. They will make false promises about doing site visits but will totally vanish once they see they can't make more money from you apart from the consultation fee. They won't visit with you anywhere for material selection. I paid them lakhs in advance and received very poor service in return. They won't return your messages/calls for days as they are more interested in clients who hired them with materials, more money obviously. Anyway, I have hired another firm and they are pretty solid. I just wanted to share my very bad experience with them, so I'm posting here. Again, never pay them in advance, or if you are dying to work with them, do sign a detailed contract to avoid wasting your money. They don't even deserve one star. Not recommended at all.
