DeKalb Roofing Company

I don't post many reviews online as I'd rather not publicly tie my name to a company I don't work for. However, I wanted to make sure I did my part in letting people know the experience I had with Andrew and American Commercial Roofing. I had a shingle that was starting to come off my roof that I let slip my mind after a few months. I came home and the entire shingle was in my yard and I called someone to come out the next day to do an inspection. The company I called came out and I got along well with the owner as he educated me on what was going on. He promised to email a quote for the repairs and never did. I tried to get in contact for a whole week and eventually it rained and I never received the quotes let alone the service. Luckily, a representative from American Commercial came by and I was able to set up an immediate appointment for the next day. I was extremely skeptical as I've heard many horror stories of roofing companies taking advantage of customers and I felt I was already let down. Andrew and crew came out promptly the next morning, found more legitimate damage than the previous company, and was able to quickly perform the repairs right after the inspection (the pricing was awesome as well). I was not expecting this level professionalism after the way I was treated with my previous experience. Andrew went out of his way and broke down the damage/issues he came across and the pros and cons of each solution to allow me to make an informed decision. Needless to say, I will definitely be calling American Commercial when my roof needs a full replacement in a year or so and I'm looking forward to the great job they'll do. You won't be disappointed.

Adam and Eddie did a phenomenal job fixing a troublesome roof that had leaks from the previous owners repairs. They installed an all new roof: New decking, framing, and shingles. The shingles they used were heavy duty Malarkey shingles and cleaned up the new roof line. Roofs aren’t cheap, but if you’re going to spend the money to have it done, do yourselves a favor and hire a crew that is going to do things right! Very fast installation and clean up. Very satisfied with their work!

American Commercial Roofing was absolutely amazing to work with. They were extremely methodical and patient as they worked with our insurance company. Their workmanship and customer service is top-tier and I highly recommend them.
