My elderly father needed a deep cleaning in his home which not been cleaned in several years. Linda and her crew came in and cleaned his house from top to bottom. I was so surprised at how spotless his house was!! My father and I were extremely impressed. I feel like it’s given my father a renewed desire for life. I am extremely grateful to Linda! We will continue to use her every two weeks.

Linda and her crew are amazing. Very professional and thorough. Exceeded my expectations on a deep clean of my house. She kept me updated with text, photo’s and videos of the process during the day. Love my clean house. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a good clean.

I hired Linda Gaitan of Texas Cleaning LG for my second house cleaning on 12/2/24. Per our discussion, I needed someone who would clean baseboards , ceiling fans, window blinds and sills—all required maintenance that is difficult but necessary to keep a new home clean. The first cleaning on 9/13/24 was pretty good, I assumed it was a deep cleaning as she & team cleaned the interior windows, fans, oven, all counter tops & she updated me periodically on the progress. After about 3 hours, they were done & while I noticed some imperfections & areas missed, I was happy overall and let it slide. On 12/2/24, Linda & team arrived a few minutes late at 10:37am. At 12pm, I was shocked when Linda texted me saying that they were almost done and asked if I wanted them to clean the office next time (I was working from home but told her upon arrival I’d be done by 12:30pm). Linda requires a flat rate up front before services rendered so obviously I want her to clean the office since it’s already been paid for. I thought it was odd that they’re done cleaning in less than 90 minutes and even wanted to dip out before cleaning all rooms as we had discussed. They were “done” and left at 12:20pm, after roughly spending 100 minutes cleaning. This breaks down to 220$ per hour. I did a cursory check around the house and most things appeared to be cleaned, but noticed that the base boards in hallway & multiple rooms had not been cleaned. The kitchen counter was sticky & there were visible crumbs on it. There was oil dripping from the vent hood over stove & kitchen cabinets. Multiple objects had been moved to give appearance of cleaning, but dirt/dust/dog hair remained next to the rearranged items. I noticed the office window sill still had dust/ dog hair. The carpet was vacuumed and that was about it. The hard floors in remainder of house did not seem clean, there was no “fresh clean” smell lingering as there was previously. NONE of my kitchen counter tops were even wiped down. I was appalled by the subpar job & texted Linda within 30 minutes of her departure, stating that I was very disappointed in their cleaning & listed the numerous areas that had been neglected. I thought she’d respond and offer to come back to re-clean or offer an explanation, but she never responded, hence this review. Overall, it seems as if Linda & her team will do a brief, surface level clean for anything that appears dirty, but will not actually CLEAN anything. Linda does a great job on the first cleaning, and then likely assumes you won’t notice her lackluster performance on any subsequent cleanings. She charges the same rate for second cleaning but is only there for half of the time and does less than half of the work. This is compounded by her refusal to respond when I immediately voiced my concerns. I have noticed on her negative reviews, she responds to the complaints stating that she has before & after pictures & accuses these people of sabotaging her business. I guarantee there are no before & after pictures with this job but if so, I’d love to see them. Not sure what was actually done for the rate of $220/hour. This is a long review, but I hired & trusted Linda based on her many glowing Google reviews (most of which, seem to be from one time cleanings). This is an accurate & truthful description of my experience with Texas Cleaning LG. I am including pictures with a dated timestamp to illustrate their abysmal job performance. Below is a list of my concerns that Linda ignored when I immediately texted her : -All interior windows, including glass patio door * -multiple areas of baseboards in every room * -microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher* -items on laundry counter were rearranged but counter was not wiped down as there were was a visible layer of Oxi Clean powder * -glass master bath shower door was left streaked, no attempt to remove hard water stains despite my having a large squeegee in shower * -master bath sink faucet was not cleaned, no attempt to clean hard water marks that I easily wiped off *pictures attached
