Communication was fast and easy. The delivery had to be done at a certain time and I got confirmation both from the recipient and from the driver that everything was delivered (20 minutes early!). Would definitely use them again!

Firstly, I wish Google offered a 6 star review because that is what Donny and his team deserve for helping our team solve an extremely challenging delivery problem. One of our casino customers was having a big event on Saturday where 1000 people were coming in to get their free gift and as of Friday at 3pm we had 5 pallets of product stuck in a warehouse 90 minutes away with our carrier telling us that unfortunately they will not be able to make delivery until Monday. This would have meant that our customer would have to disappoint 1000 people the next day which would have proved extremely embarrassing for our client and our team. We contacted multiple carriers to help us solve the problem and everyone turned us down. Then we called Dell Transport and Donny's told us that he thinks he could help and to give him 30 minutes to figure out how. The tricky part is that we needed a truck and Donny only had vans since he is in the courier business. In less than 30 minutes Donny told us that he contacted a truck rental company and was willing to first drive to the truck rental facility to get the truck, then pick up the goods from the warehouse, and then drive direct to our customer 90 minutes away and drop off the 5 pallets. Before 6pm the product was delivered to our customer and Donny saved the day. It is almost unbelievable the lengths Donny and his team went through to help us out especially being a first time customer. It is very rare these days to find companies who have that "whatever it takes" attitude to solve customers problems and Dell Transport has that in spades. Thanks you Donny and the rest of your team for helping us and our client in an almost impossible situation. Things usually end the way they start so I hope anyone reading this review entrusts their deliveries to this company because our first experience working with them was amazing!!!
