I came for my friend’s birthday with a group of 13. There is a lounge area where I seen many people doing work and conversing which was very nice. I was seated in the garden area. The waiters were very friendly and quick to help. I order the steak with fries it was cook amazingly.

Dirty French when it opened was the hottest spot in New York. Those days are gone but the food is extremely good and it is well worth visiting, now that you can get a reservation - ! The little gem salad was the best I’ve ever had, honestly, and the tuna tartare was amazing. A few things need to be said about the chicken and crepes dish, only the breast meat goes into the crepes, the legs and thighs are turned into pieces if fried chicken with their own sauce, which was good, but still it was fried chicken. The beignet dessert was a disappointment. There was a slight sense that the sauces were not as good as they should have been, but overall it was a great meal and well worth a visit. The service from Pamela was excellent as was the atmosphere. So definitely worth a visit or revisit if you haven’t been there in a while. The Ludlow Hotel is nice and has a nice lounge.

Beautiful establishment. Part of a cute hotel. Tuna tartar was very good. Service was nice. We were rushed to order though. The server told us to order before the big party shows up. There was no party after all 🤔. We moved to a lounge where we needed to approach the bar to order our beverages.
