We recently bought a house and it came with 3 new 75490SN dual shower heads. 2 out of 3 of them broke at the Connector swivel ball . They are useless now. We are stuck with 1 working set for our daily use. I am requesting 2 pcs of the part I am attaching as replacement so I can replace them. I shoul maybe get 3 of them since most probably the 3rd will break soon. I requested the customer service and they responded that I am not the owner of these shower heads.. what an amateur company with zero knowledge.. when you buy a house even the ownership of the pets shit in the yard switches to the new owner.. stay away from this manufacturer.

My shower faucet knob fell off. Apparently the screw fell down the drain. I called and Monica had a replacement part sent out in a few days. Delta definitely stands behind its products. The only faucets I will ever purchase. Always high quality and great looking. Thank you again to Monica for such outstanding customer service!

I am a fan of Delta faucets. However, last summer, we purchased the Ashton kitchen faucet and had a plumber install it. This faucet splatters all over the counter, behind faucet. I have to dry everything every time I use it. Delta replaced the wand assembly some months ago. Now, the ring that holds the sprayer to the wand assembly keeps coming out. I have to leave the sprayer dangling to prevent the part from coming out. I asked Delta to replace the entire faucet. The gentleman had the audacity to say I purchased it two years ago. If you are purchasing a new kitchen faucet, do NOT purchase the Ashton. So much for Delta honoring their lifetime warranty on products!

Sure, the product looks good, but it won’t hold up. My tub along with many other others are cracked, and they won’t warranty them. I sent pictures, including a picture with a level to show that the tub was installed properly but they’re claiming that the level is not showing that. BS!
