absolutely loved this hotel. Been many times to London but first time at this hotel. It won’t be the last! Why? Great service. Wonderful decor. The Executive Suite was spacious with a very nice marble bathroom. The Executive Lounge was gorgeous with a very nice breakfast. The gym was not huge but bigger than the typical European hotel gym and perfect for me. Mayfair is a very nice location in London.

A very very nice smaller Marriott that could easily pass for a Renaissance branded property. We had a beautiful two room executive King suite upgrade due to my Platinum elite Bonvoy status. Restaurant was very good, staff very friendly and helpful , executive lounge well maintained and comfortable. Top-Hat service with baggage and concierge knowledgeable. The location is great and is a jump to the Marble Arch central tube station and a 15 minute walk to the Hyde Park Corner or Bond Street stations. Tons of good restaurants and pubs near by - we hung out at the Portman a few blocks away for after dinner pints. Suggest taking the Heathrow Express from LHR and an easy five minute taxi ride from Paddington station to the hotel. The park is directly across the street for strolls or exercise. Suggest you request a high floor room as this area is jam-packed with tourists shoulder to shoulder into the late evening with a hop on hop off bus stop directly in front of the hotel and even with well sound-proofed double paned windows the noise gets through on our first floor room. The hotel caters to a very wealthy crowd judging by the middle eastern families showing up in Bentley and Rolls Royce limos with Gucci and LVT luggage every hour. No fault of the hotel but would recommend for a first stay in London but afterwards would choose a quieter area for business or if tranquility is desired.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Marriott Hotel in Park Lane. The hotel is a boutique establishment. It has a cozy feel, but it also has all of the amenities you could want. The bathroom is marble, and the bedrooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is close to a Metro station. That said, we typically used the black taxis, as they’re convenient, quiet, clean, and fun. We recommend adding the executive lounge to your stay, as it provides breakfast, snacks, and treats all day long. It’s nice if you don’t want to run out for something big to eat before or after a long day of sightseeing. We hope to be back many times!

I visited The Marriott Hotel for afternoon tea with my daughter and we both had an amazing experience. Our server, Vivian, was exceptional and made our afternoon delightful. He was extremely attentive, we never had to wait for anything despite him serving other tables. His personal touch was very much appreciated.|The food was amazing - the design of everything was extremely clever and so well executed. The flavours were outstanding. The teas that were recommended for flavour pairing were really tasty and beautifully served.|We sat for 2 hours eating and talking and never once felt that we were holding anything up.
