I recently visited Delta International Consultants and was left unimpressed. Upon arrival, I found the door locked with no instructions or notification about the lunch break. The reception area was poorly managed, with only two chairs available for about 20 people waiting. The receptionist seemed unwelcoming and uninterested in assisting clients. I waited for 20 minutes, only to see the receptionist dodging customers and trying to get rid of them quickly. I decided to leave, despite being second in line. I attempted to contact them via phone multiple times, but the line was always busy. I also sent five texts on different days, but they never bothered to respond. It appears that most reviews are fake, with only one review per person, which raises doubts about the authenticity of their ratings. I wonder how professional they'll be while someone pays them and gets into their trap. If they can't provide basic customer service, it's alarming to think about how they'll handle sensitive immigration matters.

By the way, I have heard about the agency. The agency is good, but when you go to them for work, they turn you away from the reception. They do not see any of your documents or take your CV. They say that if you send them an online CV, you will get a response. It has been 2 years since I sent my CV and there is still no response.
