Delta Plumbers of Kitchener

Last weekend on Saturday a union near my water meter started leaking. I shut off the water to my home and called Delta Plumbers since they are a 24/7 service. They sent a guy who came in that evening and looked at the union, he quoted me $350 to tighten the union which I foolishly agreed to and he went ahead with tightening the union. He told us tightening the union didn't work and that he could come back the next day and replace some pipes at a rate of $950. I declined and after he left I checked the state of the union which had gone from dribbling water to spraying it everywhere making the situation much worse. (For comparison, with an after-hours charge for coming in on a Sunday, the alternative plumber I got in charge $450 an solved the issue in less than an hour) I called Delta to complain no less than 3 times, each time I called they said a manager was not in, but they would call me back the next day. As mentioned, I have called them multiple times and they have not reached out to me. Delta Plumbers has no accountability and does not own its failures.

We had Ian (I believe) over yesterday for an emergency backup and he returned again today to install a new toilet. He was very honest and communicated every detail for me. Being a new home owner I was not sure of how everything worked and he answered all of my questions. He worked fast and was so nice. I highly recommend Delta we will be using them in the near future

Can’t recommend them enough! Our old water heater finally gave out and we get helped us pick the right replacement and got it installed the next morning. Fast clean and no surprise costs!!
