Deluxe Med Spa

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I needed to pay in advance, even though I’m not a first-time customer. I clearly said I wasn’t comfortable with that, and they eventually agreed to book the appointment without prepayment. Originally, I scheduled for 1:30 but later called to change it to 1:00. The staff confirmed the new time over the phone. I arrived on time at 1:00 and checked in, but then waited for 20 minutes with no update. During that time, the same front desk person came over twice to ask me for my name, and still didn’t seem to know what service I was there for. In the end, I couldn’t even get the treatment done because there was no time left. My time was completely wasted. This level of miscommunication and poor coordination is unacceptable. The front desk had no clear record of my appointment or service, and the overall experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Deluxe Med Spa! I come here regularly for my skincare routine, and every visit is a fantastic experience. The consultants are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, always recommending treatments that truly address my specific concerns without any unnecessary upselling. The nurses are just as professional, understanding my needs and carrying out treatments with precision and care. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Not a 75 minute facial, it was more like 63 mins. Barely gave a shoulder massage. Was left alone with a mask for a while and was woken up by the loudness outside the room. My husband said they got product in his eye. Not professional at all. I’ve had better hydrating facials.
