Michael was awesome, shortly after the spring hail event that severely damaged our home, Michael stopped by to assess the damage. Having already chased away several ‘fly-by-night’ roofers, I asked Michael one simple question- can you fix everything and will you be willing to fight the insurance company to make sure we are made whole… He said he would and guaranteed quality craftsmanship. Deluxe delivered exactly what I expected! A new class 4 roof. New gutters and many window replacements and new 3 bay garage doors! All of the crews were professional, quick and provided quality craftsmanship that is backed by a real guarantee. Any time your home is damaged by a storm it is stressful and difficult. Selecting a contractor that can be trusted is tough, but with Deluxe and people like Michael that will advocate for you and deliver the service you should expect, the weight of home repair can easily be lifted off your shoulders. Deluxe Roofing Review I first met Michael Boyle of Deluxe Roofing about two years ago when he was doing roofing jobs in my area at Lake Texoma. I found him to be very personable and his customers seemed to like him so I decided to do a bunch of research on Deluxe Roofing. Almost all of their reviews are outstanding and the before and after pictures show starter homes to many million dollar homes. I also did a lot of research about roofers on YouTube and Michael was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He inspected my house and found a lot of hail damage. He also determined that the attic exhaust ventilation needed to be increased by 50% and that I needed some bathroom fans to be exhausted to the outside rather than into the attic. He also suggested that I should install leaf guards on the gutters since my house is surrounded by trees. Michael gave me a good price to upgrade from class 2 shingles to class 4 shingles. My added cost was almost equal to my first year savings on my State Farm homeowners insurance because I had class 4 shingles. When my State Farm adjuster came out to the house to survey the damage, Michael was there to make sure no damage was missed. Michael was also at the house on the day of installation to oversee the total installation of the roof and gutters. He stayed until everything was done. I was very impressed by the competency of the roofers and gutter crew as well as their efficiency. I think they did an outstanding quality job. I should add that I didn’t make any payments to Deluxe Roofing until the job was complete. A lot of roofers want you to give them money in advance. In closing, I highly recommend Deluxe Roofing and Michael Boyle for all your roofing needs.
