Laird & Son was super responsive when I called with no heat after a 10 month old Boiler that stopped working. Greg was our technician and he was amazing. Could not be more pleased with the courteous and professional service. My furnace had malfunctioned nearly three weeks before I sought help from Laird & Son so I had already done a deep dive into troubleshooting the issue and had a pretty good idea what the problem was. Ringo, their diagnostics tech rep, arrived on time, was very professional and diagnosed the problem that I had anticipated through my crude lay efforts, using sophisticated diagnostic tools. While I regret having to replace my 17 year old furnace, the quote I received was happily below my expectations and if the installation team is half as good as Ringo was, I will consider myself most fortunate.
My son recommended Laird & Son based on the excellent job they did in his house. I called on them to fix the mess another contractor left when they worked on the furnace in my house. I am so glad I choose L & S since now I know how quiet a well cared for heater should work. I have been in this house more than 25 years and have never been so happy with our furnace
