I have had three experiences with this company. They seem to have issues with scheduling. I had three appointments made, one was severely late that I had to cancel and they did not call me to let me know about their technical being 25 minutes late. Second time was a no show with no call, and when I finally see someone pull up it was 15 minutes late. He proceeded to badmouth the property owner, and his managers over the phone in a very loud and profane manner from his truck for another 15 minutes or so. Totally unprofessional. Hire them if you want to piss off your clients and tenants. It really is a shame that they can't get their simple scheduling and logistics down when there are tons of other hungry firms in this economy.

This company is top notch! We had tenants leave a mess after 6 years of living in the house. The team at Elite managed to get my property back in great condition in 3 weeks. My property manager had someone ready to move in so I only lost one month's rent.

These guys are my "go-to" company. Vince has worked with us for over 5 years now and when we moved to Oregon we were really concerned about our rental properties we were leaving behind. The office answers the phone when we call and they usually schedule our work within a day or two. The other day we had a leaking sink and the tenant was so concerned at 4pm. Elite got someone out the same day to make the fix!

Very professional technician they sent out. I tend to have a negative view on maintenance companies based on my last property manager but these guys were great. They took care of everything on our list and even replaced a couple light bulbs for us that were too high for us to reach.
