As I write this in pain, I hope to encourage others to always speak up for their health and healthcare experiences. My experience with this dental practice started off well. In February, I received two crowns, and one has caused ongoing problems—first a misaligned bite, then persistent pain and sensitivity. The team quickly brought me in and tried to help, which I appreciate. I returned 3–4 more times, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. During this time, Dr. Harris left and Dr. Guilbeau stepped in. Both dentists have been supportive, attentive, and kind. This 2-star review is not about them. Unfortunately, the hygienist/assistant who accompanied them (I don’t remember her name) was consistently rude, dismissive, and inappropriate towards me. As someone with dental anxiety, her behavior made it hard for me to follow-up, even though I was still in pain. I always treat my providers respectfully, so I don’t understand why I was treated this way. I’m grateful to the doctors for their kindness and effort. I sat on making this review for a while because I don’t think the entire business deserves this. Unfortunately, that one person has spoiled a really great team and experience for me.

From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel at home. Jessica the lady I thought was the receptionist turned out to be much more. She helped me in so many ways figuring out my financing. She was very kind and thoughtful patient and understanding she gets a 10 from me. Holly helped me in so many ways she was so kind and courteous and was very patient with my fears. The whole group was so wonderful and very knowledgeable with everything that they were doing. I highly recommend this group of wonderful people in any Dental situation that you might have.

Great experience! First time going here. Hygienist was amazing and super understanding of me having severe anxiety and hating going to the dentist, was super gentle and kept me calm and comfortable the whole time! Will definitely be back! Overall wonderful experience

New in town and saw these guys a couple of weeks ago because I needed a quick cleaning. The staff was very nice, but they tried to sell me on a whole bunch of care that I definitely didn't need. Got a second opinion from a privately owned dentist place and was told the only thing I needed was a good cleaning and filling a small cavity in my back molar. These guys tried to tell me I needed my whole mouth descaled, had 4 fillings that needed to be redone, and then, have visits every 3 months. I have never in my life been to a dentist every 3 months and I'm a 61 year old man. They DID do extensive x-rays, but didn't even clean my teeth because "I needed descaling." Feel like I wasted 99 bucks.
