If I give zero stars I would! We drove 6 hours for an appointment to be told they didn't do the procedure we needed. Our local dentist sent a letter to them several months in advance explaining what we needed done ( they admitted to having the letter in her file) they definitely do not look at or review things before a visit. Do not recommend

Simply terrible. Everything bad the other reviews say is true. It takes months to get an appointment, they might cancel on you, you can't reschedule if you need to, you'll never see the same dentist twice, they're not especially great with kids, and most importantly, they have absolutely no idea what they're doing administratively. It's like they asked a random high school kid to take over the front desk as their first job and the result is as you would expect. I spent a week trying to get them to send dental records to an orthodontist's office and was ultimately unsuccessful, as all they sent were some older medical records and one snapshot, without any of the x-rays that they just took the day I started inquiring, nor any of the others that were on file after being a patient for years. With so many other options out there, you would do well to take your business elsewhere. It's a tragedy that this place so badly sullies the reputation of what is otherwise a fantastic hospital.

The dentists who have seen our son here are actually quite excellent. But that doesn't matter if the schedulers cancel your appointment a week or two before it's supposed to happen and offer appointments 4-6 months in the future — with no waiting lists for cancellations. Unfortunately, because of our son's special needs, he must have pediatric dental care that is both specialized and timely, and Children's has a monopoly on the specialized part in the front range area. So we have no choice but to let his health suffer because they can't use known solutions like waiting lists and reserved slots for reschedules to handle these situations. Thanks again, Children's, for doing the hard parts well while screwing the easy part up so much that it doesn't end up mattering.

It took 6 months to get an appointment because the schedule had not been released by the supervisors.” When we finally got an appointment we waited so long in the waiting room that we had to leave so they could go to lunch. My child was in a chair with a bib and glasses and we were asked to come back later! My child was in tears at this point because she is already afraid of this place. We came back after lunch and they couldn’t even do all of the things scheduled. They did some of it and had us come back for the “first morning appointment” yet when we got there we waited another 45 mins while 5-6 other people went ahead of us. We called patient services. From talking to them I can tell why these problems aren’t being ratified. Don’t take your child to this dentist. We will never be back.
