The young dentist was very gentle in 3 treatments that he was involved with me. He listened when I told him I may need more anesthesia since I was still in pain after shots were administered. The bridge installed looked really nice. I am very happy with my teeth ! The dentist assistants where equally good and front personnel all efficient and pleasant.

Dental Associates of Florida at 329 Cypress Garden Blvd. In Winter Haven is a great place to have dental work done. This office was very clean and Dr. Gable and his assistant were very nice. Very professional and went above and beyond to work around my schedule. I have to say this was the best dental experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Gable to all my friends and family. .

The professionalism here is top notch. The quality of the services provided here is awesome. They do a great job. They are very caring. The office is really clean. They have great shows on the TV in the waiting room. The receptionists are very nice and understanding. The people here answer all your questions. They don't make the appointment feel rushed. They don't have you sitting in the waiting room for a long time. I had an 08:00 appointment and made it out before 09:00. They aren't confused about anything and seem to have it running well. The location is convenient. Everything with this dentist is great. It's funny to say but I enjoyed going to the dentist today.

I will not be returning to this dental office. 1. I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm. I was called the morning of and told my appointment will be canceled if I can’t change it to 2:00pm. I did not want to cancel so I had to leave work early to make it there on time. I arrived and was told to wait. 30 minutes went by so I asked the person at the front desk why I was told to be here at 2, then told to sit and wait for over 30 minutes. She stated I can now come back. 2. When I sat with the dental hygienist she stated she doesn’t know why I was waiting and that I was her only appointment and she had been sitting in the back waiting for me. Completely unorganized. 3. As I waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room prior to my appointment another patient was there to speak to someone regarding extra charges she received by the dental office. The office manager was very rude to the patient and told her to wait until she gets back from a 1 hour lunch. The office manager was raising her voice and showed no empathy or professionalism for this patient. 4. My insurance covers 3 cleanings a year. But everytime I go in and explain this, the office gives me a hard time and makes me call the insurance company every time I come in. This is a waste of my time. They should have a system that confirms for them or they should call and verify before my appointment. Not make me come in and try to charge me and then have me stand there on the phone for the insurance to confirm the same information every 4 months. I will not be returning to this office. I will give a reputable office my business.
