I broke a filling while on vacation and was quite nervous about my potential repair. My call was immediately answered, I received a same day emergency appointment. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the knowledge of each staff member and most importantly, the absolutely amazing way I was treated by every single person I encountered. I am unspeakably grateful for the compassion, attention and gentle treatment I received today. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get my very large filling repaired today. I was extremely impressed that I had ABSOLUTELY no pain or discomfort, was not overly numb, and even able to function for the rest of my day as normal. I was not treated like a number, or a dollar. In fact, I felt like I was given VIP treatment today. I can say with confidence that this has been by most pleasant experience as a patient. I am so grateful to have found this practice. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5/5. Thank you for the absolutely wonderful experience. I am already enthusiastically recommending this office to everyone I know. Please don’t ever change. Our whole family has been going to this dentist’s office for years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always makes us feel comfortable. The dentists are highly skilled, take the time to explain everything, and truly care about their patients. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex procedure, we always know we’re in great hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch dental office!

I was met with unprofessionalism, I was met with my needs being seen as a hassle & I did not leave satisfied. I will never return & do not recommend this place. They give people a token of a gift if they leave a good review, do not fall for them. On top of that Dr. Tatiana is extremely unprofessional & puts a bad look on the building. If a customer confronts her on any little thing. She has no permission to call someone “baby” when you are a paying client & customer who is explaining how you are not okay with what you received. The staff at the front had more professionalism than her & that speaks volumes. On top of that there fill ins do not last long in my experience. There is an insane amount of dentists in the Philadelphia area who can do a much better job than them & have much more DECENCY & RESPECT to their PAYING clients as well. So spare yourself the bad job & the headache from their disrespect & go somewhere else.
