Customer experiences
I had a frustrating phone call with the receptionist at Dental Care at Flint’s Crossing. While trying to ask basic questions about scheduling and pricing, I was met with sighs and a rude tone, making me feel like an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism was off-putting and left a poor impression. I hope the office addresses this, as it reflects badly on their service.
1/10 I do not recommend his establishment is out dated , he does not take the time to actually try and correct any issues, his go to is to give you antibiotics and pain killers I’ve been back to 3 appointment back to back and he will not give me a fillings or anything he just keeps putting me on pain killers and sending me home after just talking with me ..a complete waist of time ! He had a horrible and uncomfortable sense of humor and his memory is shot I don’t think he should still be practicing. Horrible
I have had nothing but issue with their customer service. They charged my insurance under the wrong name, won't answer the phone, and schedule me for appointments after I told them I have moved and can't come in anymore and asked them to cancel. I, at one point, had to call these people daily to try and fix the problem and was met with rudeness.
Made an appointment last minute today due to my dental emergency, Tooth pain in my back tooth, before traveling 45 minutes, I called to confirm that I could be seen (no insurance) , called multiple times to get no answer. Sent email, no response, called back 2-3 more time finally for a answer, the front desk rep advised me that I could be seen it would be $30 for exam and xray, also getting tooth pulled would start at $150 (which is what Ik I need) got to the office waited 30 min for my appointment, only for the dr to come in lay me back look at my tooth tell me that I need it pulled, he then asked me did they tell me how much it would be to get it pulled I advised him I was aware of the starting price, he sent someone else in and told me they was sending me home with antibiotics, I will not be returning and I hope no one else does either. When I asked why didn’t I get a xray the lady told me I did not need one. When questioned why I am I paying for one she told me it’s a bundle. Idk if it’s because of my race or what but the service was unsatisfactory. If I could give zero stars I would.
