Dental Center Du Vieux Sherbrooke

What a great experience at the Dental Center du Vieux Sherbrooke. After permanently relocating to the area I needed to find a dentist and this clinic was the only one I found in Sherbrooke with an English website, and is within walking distance from my home in downtown Sherbrooke. I called to take an appointment, and Linda was extremely kind and helpful, offering me an appointment in two weeks, which is pretty fast! She advised that she would keep me in mind if they had any last minute openings before then. She sent a health questionnaire by text which was quick to fill out and she called back a few minutes later advising me that they had had a cancellation this morning and would I be available to come in ~1 hour! Amazing! The offices are newly renovated, bright, and spacious and the team are smiling and very helpful. Linda took care of me at reception and dealt with my insurance company. My x-rays were taken and Dr Dubé proceeded with my exam. I had some small restoration work to be done which I suspected which she was able to take care of at that same visit. I used to be a dental assistant and the restoration work was done well and efficiently. The views from the office are amazing and relaxing. Definitely a unique and pleasant experience! The fees are surprisingly affordable in my opinion. I will be back for my cleaning in 2 weeks! Thank you so much

Overall the dentist seemed quite competent and there were no issues in that regard. The negative, however, was their inability to respond to children with special needs, resulting in an inflexibility in their rule to not allow parents to be in the room. That may work for some kids, but certainly not all. Unfortunately we couldn't continue there as a result. If your kid is a bit more sensitive, I wouldn't recommend it ... but if that is not an issue, then likely they're decent.

Its amazing that a place you go to, so that your smile looks bright and healthy, begins with a smile as soon as you enter the Centre Dentaire Vieux Sherbrooke. Compassionate, professional Doctors and staff who truly have your dental health as their first priority!
