Nachdem ich neulich meinen Mann zu seinem Termin begleitet habe, hatte ich heute meinen ersten Termin in dieser Praxis. Eine Dame am Empfang ist mir schon beim letzten Besuch aufgefallen, weil sie super freundlich und professionell war und mir damit das Gefühl vermittelt hat, als Patient willkommen zu sein. Ich denke, das ist nicht einfach, bei unzähligen Patienten am Tag. Nach praktisch keiner Wartezeit, konnte ich direkt ins Behandlungszimmer und auch dort habe ich so eine freundliche und liebe Angestellte erwischt, die mir mit Ihrer Art und ihren Worten jegliche Angst genommen hat und die Behandlung sogar Spaß gemacht hat. Mein Besuch in der Zahnklinik Karlshorst heute verdient volle Punktzahl und die eben genannten Mitarbeiterinnen verdienen zusätzlich mindestens einen Extrapunkt. Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Arbeit.
