I am retired and went to a place on the list of the Canadian Dental Plan after my tooth broke in two. I left a message and was called back almost immediately or so it seems. Chantal, one of the two persons tasked with fixing appointment, checking with Insurance plans and many more, I am certain, welcomed me when I went there. The reception area is small but cozy and there appears to be enough seating capacity. The rear area where the treatments rooms are located, is very clean and efficient. The first attendee that I met, an African Canadian, and, here I must apologize for not catching his name, maybe because I had no idea what I would have as treatment, was most kind, professional, courteous and very polite. I, then met Claudia, the Dentist assistant, a charming and attentive person who proved to be efficient, kind and with a sense of humor. Finally, the Dentist, himself, Dr. Fadi, proves to be one of if not the best that I have dealt with in more than fifty years. Very professional, kind, humorous, attentive and most of all honest. He explained the situation with my tooth aand saw two adjoining teeth that needed the same treatment, the dreaded root canal. He explained the process, the Canadian Dental plan's procedures and then got to work on the broken tooth. I did not feel the injection, nor the treatment and he would stop regularly to inquire if everything was ok. The next thing I knew was that the treatment was completed and that now, we had to wait for the insurance company handling the plan to approve the treatment plan for all Three teeth. I have been there on 4 different occasions and the kindness, respect, professionalism and excellent care are worth mentioning. They are simply the best and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Dr Bensouda has zero bedside manners and is extremely rough. After a month and a half and 4 separate times of reaching out to this clinic to obtain my son's file, they finally sent it. However when it comes to booking an appointment, you get a call-back within the hour. If you must book with this clinic, i would request Dr Eid who is far more professional, or to simply avoid this dental clinic.

THE WORST!!! They wasted an entire afternoon of my time and took $300 out of my pocket, yet I still didn’t receive the service I originally booked. "Disorganized" would be an understatement. I would NOT recommend!!!

The look of this place is deceitful when you look at it from the front the office looks nice clean but once you get into the back it's a horror show, I have had four people I know go to this place and we all had a horrific experience the dentist is unprofessional and is rough and does sloppy work, it is scary place. All my friends and I agree the dentist there is a butcher, do not go to this place you will regret it.
