My husband and daughter both switched to Kenosha Breeze Family Dentist. They’ve been trying to get me to switch. I have been with my hygienist for years and really just wanted to stay. Ended up with a toothache and my regular dentist couldn’t get me in for a week and a half because their xray machine was down. Kenosha Breeze Family Dentist offered to get me in the day I called. Ended up going the next day. Absolutely love them! They explained everything throughly, showed me possible options, and didn’t make me feel guilty for wanting to wait until the beginning of the year for a crown. I’ll be switching to them for my checkups for sure!! Another impressive thing was how friendly everyone was! So glad o finally went!

The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and the doctor and hygienist explained everything to me really well. I had a great time! I felt very relaxed and taken care of. Looking forward to my next visit 😊

This dental office is all about money and the office manager has a problem with me most likely because of my skin color or because i did not go to their sister office for my pain. I have never been treated this way by a dental office and would like to share my experience so you know NOT go there. I have a choice in my care and you should not be able to hold that against me… So here is my experience friends and family…. I originally went in because I cracked the back of my front tooth. No pain and you could not even see it. When I went in, they did tons of x-rays probably the regular exam stuff as a new patient and then brought me two different work plans on all the work that my mouth needed totalling almost 10,000 .. nothing showing just a standard fix i came in for, the only option they gave me was to crown all four of my front teeth. I was in so much distress and overwhelmed. I didn’t know what to do. Normally, I trust the Dentist I told them I don’t have that kind of money. It was like $5000 so the lady said well what if we could just bring the total down that you pay today to 1800 and you can use the care credit line and pay the balance later and i said OK. So yes, I agreed to the work, but I had no idea. They would refuse any care until I pay the balance. I thought I would have time to pay it off before I expected them to put my porcelain crown. I went back in for routine care and was i horrible pain on another tooth that was cracked and they asked me to go to their sister office and pay 1800 for a root canal and i again told them i dont have that kind of money. Now my front temporary has chipped off and I look crazy and they’re refusing to do anything until I pay the $2500 balance. I thought at least they would repair it until the porcelain came in, but Jaime the office manager is refusing saying we sent you to our sister office and you never went.. again i told her i could not come up with that amount of money in a day. I asked her to send my x-rays so I could go somewhere else and not have to pay for the x-rays again and she sent me screenshot that I know no Dentist is going to use. She is throwing in my face me not choosing their other location as another reason they are refusing me care!!!! So I’m most likely stuck….. I do not trust them near my mouth at all after this horrible treatment and allowing me to suffer. My temporary crown is chipped in my front tooth!!!!!!! I am appalled at the way I was talked to and treated!!!!! adding for today waiting on records I requested and they have not sent. I went to the office and they locked the door and shut the phones off and said I was trespassing with calling the police on me for just asking for my records... Never go there!!!! especially if your black.

Definitely recommend Kenosha Breeze they are great wish I would've known about them sooner. Jennifer did great job cleaning my teeth and always made sure I was OK Dr came in and explained everything that I need to get done and gave me options. They take they're time with patients and explain everything well. Definitely recommend if needing a dentist.
