I thought my last dental office was the best, but my visit to Union Village Modern dentistry surpassed all expectations. The staff is amazing and friendly. The doctor is amazing as well and very knowledgeable. She gives you honest information about your dental care/condition and treats what is necessary. The office is nice, the place is clean and I can't remember when I have ever been happy with a dental visit in a very long time. My insurance wasn't accepted at my last dentist so I tried making an appointment here and a couple other places. As luck would have it I ended up accepting this appointment and I'm glad I did. I even went to Jamba juice afterwards to reward myself for making the right choice to come here.

Lauren D. at the front desk was super sweet and helped me schedule my appointment all while answering my questions. Definitely recommend!

The moment you walk into this place, they immediately start trying to upsell you. I expect that at a restaurant, not at a dentist’s office. The whole setup feels like a “pack them in, turn and burn” operation. I had a 1:30 appointment and even arrived early to make sure everything was squared away—hoping I might even get in a little ahead of time. Big mistake. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled time, I walked out, canceled my appointment, and pulled the rest of my family from their schedule as well. While I was sitting there, I started thinking about how bad this place felt—almost as bad as the satellite office on Lake Mead I went to years ago, where they couldn’t even properly put in a filling. Four visits later, it was still wrong. If you value personalized care and a dentist who knows you and treats you like family, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is the opposite of that. Absolutely would not recommend.
