My children and myself come here for our dental visits and also for one of my son’s braces work. They’re like a big family everyone is super kind and helpful and also very knowledgeable. We’ve been coming here for atleast two years and we wouldn’t change it for anything. Their services are always done in a good timely manner and it’s done right. They always give out nice gifts and treats for the kiddos also. Come join the family you will surely be happy. Much Luv, Shanny Marie

Staff fine and attentive. No issues with services provided. Billing, however, is absurd. Got a nearly $100 bill months after a routine checkup, no details provided on why the amount was due. Called and spoke to a billing coordinator that explained that the charges were for an oral cancer screening and a fluoride treatment. This was not included in my statement. Just the dollar amount and that it was due. Fluoride tubes are about .50 a piece wholesale. The math did not add up, nor was I told at any point that I had a choice on which services I would receive that were covered and not covered by my insurance, nor was it explained that there would be a premium price on these two in particular. The coordinator then claimed that the ~$100 bill would be adjusted later down to $43 and that I would receive a credit. The coordinator additionally said that some people just leave the credit on their account for future services. None of this was explained in writing. This is how scams are perpetuated. I am not claiming that this is in fact a scam, but it is extremely suspicious behavior from a medical provider. I'm not sure at what point in time dentistry turned into an opportunistic cash grab practice where bills are sent to customers without any explanation for the charges rendered, but I will not be returning to Casady Dental for anything at any point in time. Do better.

The Dentist and staff are absolutely fantastic. The professionalism, dedication and care is outstanding. I feel well cared for by a team that works well together, i know I’m going to be treated with respect, patience and exceptional care. They have integrity, honesty and compassion, I never feel they are rushing anything but taking time to ensure my comfort, they do things right and explaining everything along the way. The Atmosphere is great, you can tell everyone is comfortable and confident with each other, positivity and smiles are always a good sign of a great team and leadership

The front desk staff was very welcoming and got me checked in very quickly. The dental hygienist was super friendly and explained each thing she was doing. The Dentist was kind and complimented me on having NO Cavities. A great place and I’m happy to be a new patient.
